About Mesothelioma Lawsuit
More about Mesothelioma Lawsuit... My name is Torrey L. Cathey, I am a 32 year old former steel worker of nearly a decade. I have seen first-hand the lack of overall concern that some businesses show for the rank and file worker, tenant and consumer. I was born, raised & currently live in Michigan, in the middle of the "Rust Belt" and it seems that folks take their living conditions and work related illnesses for granted. Almost with a "that's just the way it is" type of view. I'll give you an example, a close friend of mine works for a metal fabricating plant that was recently on the 10 O'clock news because the toxins leaving the building are literally turning the nearby neighborhood houses brown with chemical soot! My pal who's worked there for years is constantly going to the doctor for breathing problems and swollen glands, instead of getting out of that place! Anyway, my dad Mr.Eddie Cathey passed away from cancer on December 12th 2006, he was a hard-working, friendly, giving and and funny man. He was a painter for over 30 years. I feel that his working conditions over the years, at the very least, contributed to his sickness, but my dad would barely even admit to being sick, much less converse about it and look at law options.
One thing that I think helped my family alot was being able to have an interchange of encouragement and advice from others who had been through similar situations, it really did help in alot of ways. When I've turned to the web for advice on how to properly handle a work or living condition related illness lawsuit, I would usually end up on the website of a law firm, which is fine (but which law firm do you think they tried to recommend to me? Exactly...), I really would've appreciated some help from one of my peers and it seems that help from others who are currently going through similar situations or have dealt with it in the past also has its place on the web, as well as unbiased, useful information. I will work hard to be sure that this site remains that type of source for those searching it. I will strive to provide factual information as well as a place for folks to come "pay it forward" with firsthand advice, suggestions and knowledge on mesothelioma lawsuits and related issues. Just regular people, with the same struggle, helping one another. With that being the case, I truly need your help. If you possibly can help someone, please contribute to the wealth of knowledge that everyday people can share. My vision is for this website to be able to truly help those in need of advice and become the "Each One, Teach One" website on mesothelioma lawsuits and issues. I truly hope you will find great benefit from this site and bookmark it to stay informed.
